1994 Memorial Cover Pasang Lhamu Sherpa

This special Memorial Cover was issued, along with a special stamp, to commemorate Pasang Lhamu Sherpa who, in 1993, became the first Nepalese woman to reach the summit of Everest. Tragically, she died on the descent. This cover is postmarked First Day of Issue and includes a related insert.
