1995 Postcard Slovenian Annapurna/Swiss Dhaulagiri Expedition

Carsolio summitted his 10th and 11th 8000-meter peaks, only two+ weeks apart, as a member of these two expeditions. This is an important card as Carsolio is the fourth person to have climbed all 14 8000ers, thus joining with the ranks of Messner, Kukuczka, Loretan, Wielicki, Oiarzabal, and Martini, and others. This is an oversized card and one of about eight postal items I have seen for Carsolio’s expeditions.
